MyProcesses Review
myProcesses is a portable process manager software that enables process-level monitoring of various computer processes, as well as carrying out actions related to the setting, registry, and management of individual processes. A counter continuously displays the current number of processes, and a menu makes it easy to carry out additional processes-related actions.
MyProcesses boils process control into a much more user-friendly form than the default Task Manager, providing advanced functions to make this task simpler for even less experienced users. It can also help you set watch limits for processes, allowing you to know when your process is using too many resources.
A Process History section lists the most important data of both currently running and stopped processes in clear, table format. Moreover, First 15 Graph and Selected 8 Graph monitor the system according to CPU/memory usage, while Process Guard sends warnings when selected processes are started and ended, as well as automatically prevents them from running.
GDIView lists the GDI (Graphics Device Interface) handles that are opened by processes on the system, and HandleCountersView monitors these open handles in a very simple way. The app is a lightweight but highly functional application that doesn't require installation, and you can access it through the System Tray icon.
The program can be used by advanced users who understand processes, and who are focused on quickly stopping system processes and user programs. However, it is not recommended for inexperienced users and may result in unstable computer operation.
